| System Description: |
The MDM-3001 is a compact,
single package integrated product for current and future HF data transmission
requirements. It contains DSPs that are a vast improvement over the widely
used MDM-2001 modem. It contains a single processor that provides compatibility
with emerging standards as well as waveforms in current use. The MDM-3001
contains MIL-STD-188-110B, STANAGs 4285 and 4481, and FSK waveforms. |

hardware and software design and interfaces of the versions 822-0895-001
and 822-0895-002 and found them to be functionally equivalent for the purpose
of standards conformance certification testing. Loader version (091-1310-001)
remains unchanged from the original certification.
