MISSION

• To support the fielding of global net-centric solutions by providing continuous, agile, and effective test and evaluation services to DISA joint acquisition programs within the Enterprise Services construct. Provide a risk-based approach for testing web-enabled capabilities and Service Oriented Architectures.

FUNCTIONS

• Test support to four DISA managed programs: NCES, NECC, GCCS and GCSS. Lead OTA for NCES, GCCS and GCSS
• Execute an overarching test strategy for the Global Information Grid Enterprise Services/Net-Centric Enterprise Services, Net Enabled Command and Control Services, and the Federated Development and Certification Environment ensuring interoperability is inherent in the overall architecture
• Conduct/Support Operational, Functional, Interoperability, Vulnerability, and Performance Testing (scalability, stress, and data sizing) bounded by Risk Assessments and independent Verification/Validation
• Develop and define test resource requirements, schedules, and limitations
• Develop and publish developmental and operational test plans and other test planning documents
• Develop, plan, conduct and report on interoperability tests
