MISSIONS

• Serve as the Business Mission Area Responsible Test Organization (RTO) for the DoD and other Federal Agencies with testing services to include: Developmental, Operational, IV&V, Interoperability, and Information Assurance
• Assist programs in transitioning to a capability-based net-centric environment

FUNCTIONS

• Ensure DoD testing and certification policy and performance compliance of NSS/IT systems within the Business Mission Area to include commercial vendor interoperability and standards conformance assessments
• Serve as lead DISA-JITC representative for full spectrum test support of all Joint logistics and business systems
• Set DISA-JITC standards for developmental test plans and other test planning, execution, and reporting documents
• Identify and manage portfolio resource requirements, schedules, and limitations
• Monitor and report cost, schedule and performance for portfolio programs
• Assist PMOs and user community representatives in identifying test requirements
