MISSION

• Conduct interoperability assessments, standards conformance and interoperability certification testing of force application / protection systems and joint tactical data links in hardware in-the-loop and operationally realistic environments to validate the implementation of approved standards and certify system interoperability in a joint environment

FUNCTIONS

• Provide system acquisition life-cycle support to force application / force protection programs
• Execute the testing and certification of force application and force protection systems for joint interoperability
• Execute TDL Joint, Combined, NATO VMF and USMTF interoperability testing
• Provide interface certification services for Tactical Data Link (TDL) systems
• Support the DISA Command & Control Interoperability Boards (CCIBs)
• Provide support to other JITC Portfolios with tactical data link test results for overall system certification
