| Application Description | The CoreStreet Validation Authority (VA) is capable of receiving certificate validation requests through the Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) defined in RFC 2560. The CoreStreet Validation Authority provides signed responses validated in real time when operated in traditional mode and publishes pre-generated responses used by CoreStreet Responders or CoreStreet Responder Appliances. The CoreStreet Validation Authority can be configured in Tactical Validation Authority (TVA) mode to take advantage of smaller mini Certificate Revocation Lists (CRL) in low-bandwidth environments.
