The RMA Compliance Test and Evaluation (CTE) Process and Procedures immediately below describe the procedures and steps for requesting compliance test and evaluation of products under DoD 5015.02-STD, April 2007. It also describes the testing policies, and defines the roles and responsibilities of participating organizations.
