PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

GCCS-J provides the joint Warfighter the ability to plan, execute, and manage military operations at the Combatant Command (COCOM) and Joint Task Force (JTF) levels. The GCCS-J supports the force readiness, force projection, situational awareness, intelligence, force protection, and cross-functional/infrastructure mission areas. The operational environment consists of three distinct technical baselines operating as a single virtual system: a local site baseline (Global) and separate strategic site baselines; Status of Resources and Training System (SORTS) for force readiness, and Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES) for force planning. The GCCS-J workstation (J-client) is the standard for all three baselines.

JITC SERVICES

JITC is providing Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E), Net Readiness-Key Performance Parameter (NR-KPP), and Information Assurance (IA) services for the GCCS-J program. Potential NR-KPP/IA/OT&E locations include DISA Sky 7, PACOM, CENTCOM, SOCOM, and Fort Huachuca, AZ.
