Application Description
Digital Handshake Server is a web-based business transaction engine that enables organizations to execute secure, private and legally binding online transactions, absent of any paperwork or manual steps. DHS, provides a set of features to support the automation of document-driven transactions. This innovative system enables multiple parties, running dissimilar operating systems, databases, and application technologies. DHS technology employs digital signatures, XML, and zero-client web applications to create end-to-end, fully automated and legally binding business closure process.
