Application Description
Juniper Networks, Inc.'s Unified Access Control (UAC) provides remote access via an SSL or TLS encrypted connection, or via 802.11i and 802.1x RADIUS-based protocols. Remote users can be authenticated via the DoD’s PKI-based CAC certificate mechanism. UAC runs on the IC6500-FIPS Network Applicance and can provide network authentication service to several thousand simultaneous users.
