Application Description
Silanis Technology, Inc.'s, e-Sign Live Enterprise, version 5.5, hereafter referred to as e-Sign Live 5.5, is an out-of-the-box desktop application that electronically signs documents in their native file formats. The software integrates with applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel, IBM Lotus Forms Designer and Viewer, Adobe Acrobat and Reader. Signing buttons appear within the application toolbar and users simply click to add their electronic signature. An image of each signer’s handwritten signature is also secured within the document. This replicates the appearance of hand-signed documents, both on-screen and when printed. e-Sign Live 5.5 supports three signing methods: signature capture pad, secure signature file, and digital certificate. It also supports multiple signatures in the same document and allows automatic placement of signatures in the correct location in the document. This description was provided by the vendor.
